Taking care of Farley reminds me to also take care of myself 🥰

Here’s a little reminder that you deserve to be taken care of by someone special… yourself!!! So while you’re making sure your pet eats well and gets exercise and feels loved, don’t forget to give yourself some of that treatment too!

And just like you would call the vet when something is wrong with your pet, you can also do the same for yourself. I recently took my own advice and talked to my doctor about my mental health, and now we’re working together to get things back on track. I think booking that appointment and asking for help was an act of self care!!

I hope this gave you a little motivation to prioritize yourself, because you deserve it! Take care of yourselves friends!!!

Seeing a bear in the wild is a privilege that we get to experience often here in Alberta. They are such beautiful animals.

But if you ever get the chance to see a bear in the wild, remember not to stop and gawk at them. They aren’t zoo animals! Give them space, drive by slowly, don’t stop, and definitely don’t get out of your car. We protect them by keeping them wild 💕🧸
